Independent Education Consultant

Lee Ferriday Lee has been working as a highly effective school improvement adviser for over a decade. He recently completed a secondment as a Consultant Head at a school in Telford at the request of the Local Authority.

Lee has now allocated all of his time to continue his work in school improvement and welcomes contact from colleagues in other schools who would benefit from his vast experience. He has enjoyed a highly successful 32 years in education, including Headship at two Primary schools ,as the substantive Head he led his last school to an Outstanding Ofsted judgement.

Lee has always been in demand in other areas of education. He has worked as learning and development adviser for an international infrastructure company and played a key role in establishing the Severn Teaching School Alliance of over 50 schools, where he was the Director of Operations and Initial Teacher Training.

He is dedicated to supporting the professional development of school staff, his training and course delivery has always been well received by school leaders, aspiring leaders, teachers, support staff and governors.

When not supporting schools Lee can be found walking hills, riding his bike, in the garden with his chickens and following his favourite football team.
